Alexander Gelfius – Germany

Alexander started off his coaching career as a handball and athletic coach. He is a key speaker to several type of sports performance conferences all around the world as well as worked for the certified athletic coach for Perform Better. He specializes in modern and innovative methods in coaching athletics as well as functional diagnostics. He also works as a personal trainer, as a consultant in healthcare management, as well as a performance coach at FT-Club in Munich. In Addition to that he coaches others to be better coaches at the Technical University of Munich. His teaching methods consist of a combination of theoretical approaches with practical experience that will take performance training to the next level.
